Skin Care Line Achieves 800% Year-Over-Year Sales Growth
Our client provides specialty skincare products for women of color and was struggling to convert on the traffic coming to their site. They contacted F&S to help them increase their conversion rates and drive new traffic to their e-commerce store.
We capitalized on our expertise in analytics, using custom Google Analytics dashboards to identify improvements on the site that increased conversion rates and sales. Our improvements focused on simplifying the checkout flow, ensuring that each page was built with the intention of communicating the brand’s value and selling their products. Also, we worked with influencers, affiliates partners and Youtube channels to promote our client.

To identify where we could have the most impact, we implemented our recommendations in Google Analytics and created custom analytics dashboards. Then, we completed a full front and back end site audit, identifying factors on their site that could be optimized to increase conversion rates and website usability. Following the site audit, we provided recommendations for new sales strategies, focusing heavily on YouTube influencers and have recently begun launching social media and Amazon advertising campaigns.
Following the implementation of our site audit recommendations and social influencer outreach recommendations, we achieved a 8x increase in organic sessions and 18x increase in organic revenue YoY in Q3 YoY 2017.
